    Don't use the online service. I ordered at 9.20pm and by 10:15pm no food. I rang the Ham Hill store & Manager said they were so swamped but it would be there in 15 minutes. By 10:50 still NOTHING and no one answered the phone at the store. So rang the call centre service and they couldn't get though to the store either or the area mgr of Hamilton Hill and didn't know where my order was! So got a refund but nothing to eat at 11pm. No one should go though this - no call to say they were late, nothing - that's what you get NOTHING

    Bought from there a couple of nights ago half an hour before close time. As we were ordering through the drive through there we're team members were yelling, laughing and cursing through the speaker and the lady taking the order was laughing back. The food I then received a while after was as bad as the service...
